At Game Over Videogames, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-score style. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in 'New Game' condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Level Up Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
